Ozenn records your meetings and turns them into transcripts, translations, structured minutes and action items. If something isn't working, or you have a question about your account or your data, we're here to help.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include your account email, the device you're using (for example "iPhone 14, iOS 18"), and a short description of what happened.

Frequently asked questions

How do I record a meeting?

Open the app, tap the microphone button on the Record screen, and grant microphone access when prompted. Tap Stop when the meeting ends, then choose "Upload & Generate MoM" to have it transcribed and summarised.

Can I upload an existing audio file?

Yes. On the Record screen, tap "Upload Audio File". We support mp3, m4a, wav, aac, ogg and flac.

How long does processing take?

Usually about a minute, though longer recordings take more time. You can leave the screen — processing continues on our servers and the meeting appears in your list when it's finished.

What if I record without an internet connection?

The recording is saved on your device and uploads automatically when you reconnect. You can also trigger it manually with Sync on the home screen.

How do I delete a meeting or my account?

Open a meeting and use Delete to remove it. To delete your entire account, go to Settings → Delete account, or email tech@orzen.in. Account deletion is completed within 30 days.

I forgot my password.

Tap "Forgot password?" on the sign-in screen and we'll email you a one-time code to reset it.

Am I allowed to record a conversation?

Recording laws differ by country and state, and many require the consent of some or all participants. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required where you are. See our Terms of Service for details.

Is my data private?

Your recordings and transcripts are yours. We don't sell your content or use it for advertising. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
